Custom smoking is a popular favorite in the area. People bring
in their own hams, pork bellies, fish, chickens, turkeys, beef
rounds, or whatever they may have to be cured and smoked.
Hard to believe the number of turkeys and hams that get
smoked during the holidays!
We cook pork roast and/or roast beef sliced into roasters,
bake our own buns, make baked beans, potato salad, and
coleslaw for parties, weddings, graduations, ect. It's a favorite
for many a get-together all summer long!
During the winter months we offer a wild game processing
service for the hunters. We take all kinds of large game.
Skinning, caping, boning, ground, cured and dried, bologna,
sticks, jerky, summer sausage, and brats are among our game
processing services. Just ask - we probably do it!
We have a whole hog roaster/trailer complete with a spit,
rotisserie motor, grill grates, and propane tanks we rent out all
summer long. Call for details.
Our Spirit Lake store, in addition to having our full line of
meats, is also a fully stocked liquor store. We carry almost
every brand of liquors, wines, and of course import & domestic
beer. It's a one stop shopping delight for many tourists and
locals alike. Sorry - no shipping on any alcohol products.
